HYROX Training HYROX Is a global fitness competition that combines running with functional workout stations, designed to test both endurance and strength in a standardized format.
Action Fitness HYROX Training sessions give you a chance to train for in house HYROX simulations or take on a race for real!
Balance Strengthen the body with an emphasis on core strength. Mind-body movements designed to increase muscle strength and tone abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and glutes to improve stability. Lift Develop strength, technique, precision and power. Instructor led guidance focussing on perfect form and controlled movement using dumbbells, barbells, smith machine, cable weight machine, and plate loaded machines.
